I am excited to announce that starting in 2024 I will be conducting 1:1 Milky Way tutorials. These 1:1 lessons will focus on helping you improve on your Milky Way photography from composition to final edited image. We will cover both techniques of tracking the Milky Way using my own personal star tracker provided by SLIKUSA and single exposure stacking methods.

Locations for each night will be open for discussion to ensure we can take advantage of clear skies and the position of the Milky Way. My goal is to ensure you are all satisfied with the outcome of the evening and to have some fun along the way!

These tutorials are designed for photographers of all skill levels ranging from beginners, someone interested in trying out a star tracking method of Milky Way photography or just overall goal of improving on your existing night photography skill sets. We will cover setting up your composition, the ideal camera settings for your equipment, using a star tracker and the in field shooting process. After catching back up on sleep we will set up a Virtual Video meeting to walk through the post-processing part of the lesson. This 2 hour session will include Lightroom and Photoshop editing workflows of images captured during the workshop. There are two options for each day available for this course, both include the 2hr post-processing session.
